Shawnee resident Allen Ray See, 69, passed away Saturday, Nov. 15, 2008 at a local hospital
He was born Sept.19, 1939 in Pauls Valley to Glen See and Pauline (Walker) See.
He graduated from Shawnee High School in 1957 and married Norma Kinnamon on July 4, 1958
He retired from Tinker Air Forces base where he was an inspector. He later worked for Cameron International.
He was a member of Bible Baptist Church and the Shawnee Mens Bowling Association. He enjoyed bowling, golfing, traveling in his R.V. but most of all being with his grandchildren and family.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Norma See of the home; two children, Greg and Fran See of Canton, Mich. and Kendall and Cindi See of Shawnee; one granddaughter, Amanda and Gary Cozart of Shawnee; two great-grandchildren, Braxton and Brayden of Shawnee; one sister: Glenda and Garland Short of Oklahoma City; and several nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
Service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Chapel of Walker Funeral Service with Pastor Jesse Bennett officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Memorial Park
