Born Aug. 7, 1915, in Lincoln County, Ky., she was the daughter of the late Ransom and Edna Denham Reed Baugh. She was a homemaker and a member of McKinney Christian Church, where she taught Sunday School for more than 50 years and was an active member of the Lida Circle. She was a member of McKinney class of 1934 and a former 4-H instructor. She was a member of McKinney Eastern Star and an honorary board member of McKinney Rescue Squad. She also was a member of McKinney Homemakers Club for more than 50 years.
Survivors included her three children, Doris Tinsley (Denver) of Fairfield, Ohio, Daniel Milbern (Norma) and Dotty Norris (Vernon), both of Lexington; four grandchildren, Jacqueline Browning (David), Joel Milbern (Frazeann), V.T. Norris III (Dee) and Joda Norris (Annhall); and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Joda Milbern; and 11 brothers and sisters.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Spurlin Funeral Home by Jeff Oliver and Charles Wooley. Burial will be in Buffalo Springs Cemetery.
