Services for Nicholas (Nick) J. Damico, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 17, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church with burial in the Catholic cemetery. Brookhaven Funeral Home's North Jackson Street is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Monday from 9 until 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Damico, 91, died Nov. 13, 2008, at his residence. He was born in Hattiesburg on March 25, 1917, to Joseph Damico and Salvia Carnagio Damico.

He worked for an airplane manufacturing company in Baltimore, Md., before serving in the U.S. Army during World War II. After the war, he came to Brookhaven where he retired as a radio repairman. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his brothers, Sam Damico, Vincent Damico and John Damico, all of Brookhaven; and a host of nieces and nephews.
