Jimmy Floyd August 24, 1942 - October 21, 2008 Jimmy was raised in Indianapolis and moved to California, where he served in the United States Air Force. He retired in Reno, NV where he spent his time with his wife, Suzy and made frequent visits to California to see his son and 2 granddaughters. Jimmy loved playing racquetball, golf and Yahtzee, but most of all he enjoyed time spent with his 2 beautiful granddaughters. Jimmy is survived by his loving wife Susan; son Greg and Linda Floyd, two granddaughters Sydny and Tawny Floyd; a brother Jerry and Rita Floyd of Mooresville, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving mother Luella Marsh and loving sister Janice Blythe (both went in peace in 2007); brother, Darrel Mitchell, father Walker Floyd and stepfather Ernest Marsh. Cremation services were performed by Washoe Memorial Cremation Service in Reno, NV. Jimmy was a loving husband, the best father a son could have and an even better grandpa, whose granddaughters loved their "Papa Jimmy" with all their heart.
