Mr. T.G Brown, aged 61 died suddenly Tuesday morning , 9:30 o'clock. He was employed with the county on road work, and had reported for duty as usual. Complaining of badly, he was taken to the doctor's office where death occurred a few minutes after arrival.
Mr. Brown had made Crawford his home for some twenty-five years. Several months ago he and his wife moved to McGregor to make their home.
Funeral services were held at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Crawford Methodist Church with burial in Crawford cemetery. Lee's of McGregor in charge.
Besides his widow he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. D.H. Holmes, Mrs. Clifford Bennett, Mrs. Doyle Strickland, all of Crawford; two sons, C.D. Brown of Galveston and Ernest Brown of Crawford; also seven grandchildren.
