NEW OXFORD - Paul Frankenfield, 84, of The Brethren Home in New Oxford, died Sunday at Hanover Hospital. He was the husband of Gladys Virginia (Helmick) Frankenfield, who died in 1980.
The service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Feiser Funeral Home Inc., 302 Lincoln Way West, New Oxford. Burial will be in St. Paul's (The Pines) Church cemetery in New Chester. Viewing will be 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Frankenfield was born June 2, 1913, in Ashley, Luzerne County. He was the son of the late John W. and Martha (Arnold) Frankenfield.
He was a member of Church of the Nazarene in Hanover and American Association of Retired Persons.
Mr. Frankenfield is survived by a sister, Althea Bane of Palm Bay, Fla.; and nieces and nephews. Officiating at the service will be his nephew, the Rev. John W. Merrel, pastor of Good News Independent Church in Hanover.
