"Mrs. Sarah Ann McCracken: Monongahela, Dec. 31 - Mrs. Sarah Ann McCracken, aged 83 years, widow of the late John McCracken, whose death occurred while the couple lived in Ardban, County Down, Ireland, died Sunday at 8:30 p.m. at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Bell of Fisher Heights, Monongahela. Mrs. McCracken was converted 50 years ago in Ireland. She enjoyed a wide circle of friends.
Five daughters and two sons survive: Mrs. Elizabeth Bell in whose home she died; Mrs. Ben Davis, Mrs. Joseph L. Brown, Mrs. Sarah Hosack, Mrs. Lester Wolf, William McCracken, and R.W. McCracken.
Funeral services will be held in the late home Wednesday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Beallsville Cemetery."
