Zina Parry 10

The community was shocked Sunday to learn of the sudden death of little Zina Parry, daughter of the late Edward Parry. Since the death of her mother about a year ago little Zina and her brother had made their home with Mrs. Mary Zielian, an aunt. The child was bedfast only a day but had not been feeling well for some time. When a physician was called it was found that she had diabetes and typhoid fever, both in acute form. She would have been eleven years old in January, had attended school Friday and was much loved by her teacher and schoolmates. The funeral took place at the residence of the aunt Monday morning at ten o'clock, Rev. Haisup officiating. The remains were taken to Kewanee for burial by the side of her father and mother. Only a little boy now remains out of the family which has been so sorely stricken during the past year. The relatives have the heartfelt sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.
