Mr. Allen was the son of the late Caleb Allen, II and Arrah Brewer Allen. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Denton. Mr. Allen had a long career at Bolton Corp. located in Raleigh, NC, where he retired in 1989. He loved his family, his friends, his farm, fishing, and watching his daughters play softball. He died at age 84 at Universal Health Care.
