Meat Packing Executive. Owner and President of the Standard Packing Company of Southern California. The son of Jeremiah and Margaret (Culligan) Breslin of New York, he came to Los Angeles in 1889. He began working for the Maier and Hauser meat packers in the early 1900s before starting his own business. He was a director of the California Bank and vice-president of the American Institute of Meat Packers. He died unexpectedly while attending church services at Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church.
