Miss Ann Liby was born April 23, 1832, in Perry County, Penn. and was married to John Losey, Oct. 16, 1853. To this union was born ten children, seven sons and three daughters. Those surviving are Frank of Pittsford, Eugene, Munith and Allen of Waldron, Richard, Fred and Harvey of Pittsford, John of Rollin, Mary Ross of Hanover and Emma Miner of Pittsford. There are 20 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She resided at the old homestead for 45 years, until the death of Mr. Losey, which occured April 6, 1895. Since then she has been making her home with her son, Fred. She died Aug. 14, 1911, after a lingering illness of nearly four years, aged 79 years, 3 months 11 days. The funeral services took place Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 16, at the home, conducted by Rev. J.E. Courter of Pittsford.
