Lillian was a member of the order of the Eastern Star in Midwest City and a member of the First Baptist Church of Harrah. Lillian loved to travel and collect antiques.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Vernon VanVeghel and one daughter, Gayle Skow.
Survivors include one sister and brother-in-law, Jean and James Reed of Harrah, one brother and sister in-law, Daniel and Evelyn Nifong of Harrah, two grandchildren, Richard Paul Nifong and Johanna Blazik and many other relatives and friends.
Private family services will be held Thursday, March 20, 2008 at Memory Lane Cemetery in Harrah, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Smith~Parks Funeral Service in Harrah, Oklahoma.
