LOBIS "MEME" WINDHAM
Mrs. Lobis "Meme" Windham, 87, of Panama City, Fla., passed away Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012 at her home. She has been a resident of the area for over 59 years and Baptist by faith. Mrs. Windham loved playing bingo, fishing, and was an Atlanta Braves fan. She is survived by her children: Carrie Merle Cedeno, Faye McLain (Bob), Tommy Polson (Sheri), and Verlon Windham; her brother, Shelton Culpepper (Susie); a sister, Doris Memis; 14 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. Mrs. Windham was preceded in death by her husbands, Rufus Polson, Melbert Windham, and Marion Brown; and a daughter, Quida Windham. Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wed., Nov. 14, 2012 at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Interment will follow.
