Waxahachie, Texas, April 6--Funeral services for Mrs. M. C. Cornwell, 82, will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Maypearl Church of Christ. Burial will be in Bee Creek Cemetery.

Mrs. Cornwell was the widow of an Ellis County physician who died in 1914. she had lived all her life in Ellis County and in Maypearl since the death of her husband.

She died Sunday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. J. O. Johnson of Dallas.

Other survivors are four sons, E. P. Cornwell, H. L. Cornwell and L. E. Cornwell of Maypearl and C. K. Cornwell of Big Spring, and a daughter, Mrs. Lillian Oliver of Maypearl.
