He had been a resident here since 1954, coming here from Corpus Christi Texas. He was a retired shoe store owner and operator. He was a member of the P.C. Kiwanis Club, the exchange club, and the Ira Campbell Bible Class of First Baptist Church. He was a member of the First Baptist Church.He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gladys Blue of Panama City; a son, James Roy Blue of Panama City, a daughter, Mrs. Gayle Bedee of Panama City; three brothers, Archie Blue of Panama City; C.D. Blue of Pensacola; D.F. Blue of Mulberry, Fla.; two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Mock of Jacksonville Beach and Mrs. Mavis Denmark of Perry Fla., three step-brothers, James J.
