On February 11, 1966 a man from Company B was shot and killed (Robert Cantrell) while examining the kill zone after a nighttime ambush was tripped. No one used a flashlight after that.
Robert got to Vietnam on 6th January 1966. He was killed in action in Vietnam. He served in Vietnam with Co.B 1/5 Mech 25th Inf Div.
