The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. William Franklin Adams are invited to attend the funeral service of the former, Sunday, January 2, 2005 at one o'clock in Bethel United Methodist Church. Interment, Elmwood Cemetery, Columbia, SC.

Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL Saturday between five and seven o'clock.

Mr. Adams was born August 4, 1922 in Columbia, SC, the son of Claude Robinson Adams, Sr. and Lucille Geiger Adams.

He attended the University of South Carolina. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps where he performed his basic training in Parris Island, SC. He served in the 1stMarine Air Division and served in China and Peleliu. He retired as Dealer Relations Manager with General Motors Acceptance Corporation.

Mr. Adams was an active member of Bethel United Methodist Church, serving as treasurer and member of Board of Trustees and on The Administrative Board.
