Jackie Lou Malone Pruett, was born Nov. 26, 1930, in San Bernardino, Calif., to Jack and Erma Lou (Brooks) Malone,

Jackie Lou died Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, in Denton.

She is survived by her sons, Rene Pruett and wife, Mo, and Danny Pruett and wife, Cheryl; daughters, Donnie Pruett and husband, Bart Monger, and Robin White and husband, Robert, all of Slidell; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Bart Monger, Robert White, Preston Pruett, Lensie Pruett, Coy White and Jason Wigington. Honorary pallbearers are James Sitz and Richard Anderson.
