Mr. Green was a Master Mason in Hiram Lodge No. 40, A.F. & A.M. on December 12, 1901. He served as Master of Hiram Lodge in 1905 and again in 1906. He affiliated with Neuse Lodge No. 97, A.F. & A.M. in 1923. He was elected Treasurer of that Lodge in 1936 and remained so until his death. He received his 50 year Membership Award in 1952 from the Grand Lodge of North Carolina and was made a "Life Member" of Millbrook Lodge in 1953. He received the "Golden Jubilee Award" in 1963 and was a member of the York Rite Bodies of Raleigh. He was the son of Mary D Jeffreys and Bryan W Green. Husband of Mary Rose Morgan Green.
