JOHN HORACE FAIRBANKS.

John Horace Fairbanks , age 61, died at his home, 800 Avenue B west, yesterday morning at 11 o'clock. Fairbanks was a member of the Masonic lodge, No.387, at Emmett, Kansas, where he lived until two years ago when his family moved to Huschingon. The deceased was born in Pickaway county, Ohio, Nov. 15, 1858.

He was married to Miss Ruth A. Bailey, at St. Clere, Kansas March 18, 1884, and of this union twelve children survive: Mrs. Ruby Lehr, Miss Grace, Ivan B., Vernon C, John Jr., all of whome live here; Mrs Lena Kelly, Clarence A. Frank L., Lloyd R., and Edwin M., of Emmett; Horace H., Ponca City, Okla., and Samuel E. of Topeka.

Mr. Fairbanks was a member of the M.W.A. lodge and the Royal Neighbors here. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Johnson Furenal parlors. Reno Lodge No. 140, A.F. & A.M. will have charge of the services, and burial will be in Eastside cemetery.
