Abstract--age 87, of Rowlesburg, died Aug. 10, 2001, at Preston Memorial Hospital. She was born April 11, 1914, at Eglon, d/o the late Ezra and Virgie Fike.
She is survived by three sons; Dr. Jerome C. "Jerry" Arnett, of Helvetia, Dr. Edward F. Arnett, of Martinsburg, and Dr. Carroll D. Arnett, of Burnsville, Minn.; a daughter, Colette Listh, of Rowlesburg; 12 granchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Dr. Jerome Cayton Arnett, Sr.; two brothers, the Rev.'s Galen Fike and Earle Fike, Sr.; four sisters, Olive Huffman, Ruth Terry, Dove Miller and Virginia "Polly" Life; and a great-grandson, Dustin Keener. Burial was in the Eglon Cemetery.
