HARRY CLARK DIES; SERVICES WEDNESDAY

Harry M. Clark, 62, WPA night watchman, died suddenly at his home 614 South Highland Ave. , Monday night. A resident of Sioux Falls the past 25 years, 20 of which he spent as a teamster. Mr. Clark is survived by his wife, three daughters, Mrs. Maurice DeLong, Mrs. Chris Hopp, and Donna Jean Clark. and three sons, James, Edmund, and Richard, all of Sioux Falls. He is also survived by a sister Emma Alexander, Royal, Nebraska and a brother Frank Clark, Richill, Missouri.
Mr. Clark was born Feb. 25, 1878, Belle Plaine, Iowa, the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Clark. He was married to Donna Bell , November 1, 1903, in Sioux Falls.
As a young man he accompanied his parents to Hawarden, Iowa, coming to Sioux Falls in 1900. The family later moved to Ponca, Nebraska, and lived there 14 years before coming to Sioux Falls 25 years ago.
Mr. Clark was proceeded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Services were held at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Miller Funeral Home chapel the Rev. Clarence W. Adamspastor of the First Presbyterian Church, oficiating, Mrs. Jesse Whitefield will oficiate at the organ and internment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
Pallbearers have been named as Max Dickey, Joseph Hemlett, Clifford Gallop, Gus Matson, Henry Metzer, and Louis Gran.
