I believe this to be Ruth Ann Brock, daughter of John and Elizabeth F Shirley Brock. Married first to an unknown Cochran (possibly related to William Beaver Cochran, husband of Ruths sister Mary Brock). Married George M Moore in 1914. First seen on the 1860 census with her father and mother John and Elizabeth Shirley Brock, then again in 1870 with mother Elizabeth and again in 1880 with mother. I was unable to find her on the 1900 or 1910 census, she again appears in 1920 married to George.
