Mary H Tunstead was born in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to Emma Wantzlaff and William Walter Tunstead April 15, 1901. She was of German and Irish ancestry. She emegrated to the United States with her parents and siblings around 1903. They lived in Watertown, NY until about 1919. In the early 1920's the family moved to the western states. Mary and her mother were in Pheonix, Az in 1930. She then moved to Denver where several brothers were living in the early 1930's. She died about Aug 22,1933.
