Eleanor M. Losey, 64, of 39 Ames St., died at 7:40 a.m. Monday in Massena Memorial Hospital, after a long illness.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Donaldson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Bleaux presiding. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Surviving are a son, David, Massena; five daughters, Mrs. Charles (Candace) Prairie, Mrs. Robert (Dawn) Barney, Mrs. Brad (Darleen) Frank and Teena Losey, all of Massena, and Mrs. David (Lori) Lint, Port St. Lucy, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; her mother, Mary Premo, Massena; two brothers, Joseph "Joby" Premo and Charles "Chuck" Premo, both of Massena, and several nephews and nieces.
A brother Leo died in 1944.
Born June 9, 1930 in Massena, a daughter of Joseph and Mary Ashley Premo, she was a 1947 graduate of Massena High School. She married Howard F. Losey on Aug. 4, 1947 at Trinity Catholic Church, Potsdam. He died Oct. 8, 1980.
Mrs. Losey was a secretary at Potsdam State University College until her retirement in 1982. She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church.
