He was born in Danville, Il. to Walter L. Miller and Evelyn L. Grider Miller. He married Wendy Spurgeon Sheahan on May 1, 1999 in Danville. She survives, along with his mother and three daughters, Tisha Harvey (Matt) of Covington, Julie Warner (Jarrod) of Wellington,Illinois and Carrie Shipman (Daniel) of Attica, Indiana. Four sons, Curt Miller, Jr. of Somonauk, Illinois, Jason Miller (Lisa) of Rossville, Illinois, Dustin Sheadhan of St. Joseph, Illinois and Blar Sheahan of Rantoul, Illinois. A sister, Jane Matson (Phil) of Crossville, Tenn, and two brothers Charles of Columbus, Ohio and Jack (Sarah) of Hoopeston. Curt was an avid Indianapols Colts fan and enjoyed riding his Harley-Davison with his wife and friends. He was employed at Demeter Grain Co., American Cannin Co., Schumacher Electric of Hoopeston, DM Fertilizer and later Crtop Production Services for 25 years.
