PLEASANT PLAINS - Larry Leroy Sexton, 65, of Pleasant Plains died at 7:34 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, at his residence.
He was born on May 16, 1943, in Springfield to Harold L. and Lorena A. Boesdorfer Sexton.
He is survived by a brother, William J. (Denise Gale) Sexton of Salisbury; a nephew, Jack Goodwin of Tennessee; two nieces, Bonnie (David) Kuykendall of Springfield and Jenny Sexton of Salisbury; and a sister-in-law, Joy Ann Sexton of Springfield.
A brother, Lowell Sexton, preceded him in death.
He had worked at Goodwill. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Pleasant Plains.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, 2008, at Hurley Funeral Home in Petersburg. The Rev. Don Pritchard will be officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral service. Burial will be in Farmington Cemetery in Farmingdale.
Memorials may be made to Zion Lutheran Church or Salisbury Christian Church.
