Eleanor Jean Alexander, 86, of Hazelwood, died Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008. She was a retired clerk. Beloved wife of the late Raymond A. Alexander; beloved mother of Raymond D. (Jeannie) Alexander, of Arona, and Linda (Francis) Gallo, of Squirrel Hill; grandmother of four; and great-grandmother of three. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in the ELMER L. HERMAN FUNERAL HOME, John N. Bauer, Funeral Director, 5204 Second Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15207. Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Monday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Jim Cannistraci. Burial will be in Masontown Cemetery.
