Survived by her husband of 62 years, Lt. Col. Robert J. Evans; four daughters, Linda E. Banks of Hillsboro, VA, Nancy E. Vaughan of Phoenix, AZ, Kathleen E. Murray of Springfield, VA and Joan E. Korman of Schenectady, NY; two sons, John J. Evans of Woodbridge, VA and Michael R. Evans of York, PA; four siblings and 11 grandchildren. Friends may call Saturday, July 2, from 1 to 3 p.m. at the LOUDOUN FUNERAL CHAPEL, 158 Catoctin Circle, Leesburg, VA. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, August 2, at 2:45 p.m. at Fort Myer Chapel. Interment Arlington National Cemetery.
