Mary Williams Revels Crenshaw, age 79, of Lakeside Village, Bosque County, Texas, passed away Friday, May 14, 2004 at the Emery J. Lilge Hospice in Fort Worth, Texas.

She was born August 27, 1924 in Ranger, Eastland County, Texas to Marvin Edward Williams and Bertha Louise Diez Williams. She married Clinton Revels October 7, 1939 in Gorman, Texas. Later she married Herbert Crenshaw on April 12. 1980 in Gorman, Texas. Mary was administrative assistant for Gorman Insurance Agency for 12 years. She was bookkeeper for TXU Electric Company for 16 years before retiring. She was a homemaker and a member of the
First Baptist Church at Lakeside Village.

Mary Revels Crenshaw is survived by son, David Revels and
wife, Christina of San Jose, CA; two sisters, Erma Hardin of Fort Worth and Virginia Weiner of Las Vegas, NV, one brother, Marvin Williams, Jr. of Big Spring; six grandchildren: David Revels, Steven Revels, Marie Revels Curb, Kenneth Revels, John Revels and Tina Revels; fourteen great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands and one sister.

Funeral services were held at 2 PM, Monday, May 17, 2004 at the Higginbotham Funeral Home in Gorman, Texas. Officiating were Melvin McKinney and Richard Watson.
