Spirit Lake Beacon Thursday, July 7,1960 Edward A. Field 66 dies at home Saturday. Edward A. Field,66 who has resided in Spirit Lake the past 18 years, died at his home in Francis Sites Saturday Afternoon. Services were held Wed nes day at St. Mary,s Catholic Church with Father Francis Staber officiating. Mr. Field was a retired postal employee and he and his wife Pearl, operated a cabin court on East Okoboji. He was also custodian of the public library. Survivors include his wife; an daughter, Mrs Madonna Wagner of Waterloo; two sisters, Elizabeth Field of Fort Dodge and Mrs. James Walker of Scranton; and two grand sons. Interment was in Oakland cemetery in Fort Dodge.
