He was born in Eaton Rapids July 29, 1900 the son of L. Brooks and Myrtle Garrison Fuller. He attended schools in Greenville. On October 12, 1922 he married Marion McKendry and they have lived in the Ionia area all their married life.
He was employed by City Police Department, as Ionia County Undersheriff and then worked on plant protection at A.O. Smith of Ionia until retirement in 1966.
Fuller was a member of the First United Methodist Church and a life member of Ionia Elks Lodge.
Survivors include wife, Marion; one son, Gordon of Lansing; one brother LeRoy of Ionia; three grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
