Rites Here Today For Mrs. MULLINS

Funeral for Mrs. R. O. MULLINS, 77, will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Elliott's Chapel of Memories, with the Rev. Alfred ALTUM, pastor of the Immanuel Baptist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. MULLINS, ill for two months died of an apparent heart attack at her home, 1474 Clinton at 8 a.m. Wednesday.

Born Maude Edna HELEMAN in Hamby, June 13, 1883, she married Mr. MULLINS in Abilene in 1906. The couple lived at Hamby until 1917 when they moved to Abilene. Mr. MULLINS died in 1961.

Mrs. MULLISN was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. W. W. SCOTT, Rt. 5, Abilene, Mrs. M. W. WINDHAM of Odessa, and Miss Mildred MULLINS of Abilene; two sons, Clovis and Laster, both of 1474 Clinton; two sisters, Mrs. Cassie HARTMAN and Mrs. Alma HAMPTON, both of Abilene; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Garten McMINN, Jimmy KARNES, Ed ALEXANDER, Ernest MORRISON, Truman FLOURNEY and J. L. SULLIVAN.
