James Milton was born Feburary 1, 1876 in Fairburn, Georgia. Milt's father, David William Darnell, came to where he was working in a saw mill, hugged and kissed him and was never seen again. Two years later, Milt bought a return train ticket from a man who decided not to go back to Wichita Falls Texas. With twenty five cents in his pocket, moved to texas to start a new life. Moved to Round Timber Community, Baylor County, married Alice LuRea Witt and raised a family of five boys and one girl. David Bradly born 11 Jan. 1898, Thomas P. born in 1902, Robert Burnie born in 1902, Alice June born Jun 29 1905, Clarence Leon born in 1909 and George Holmes born December 15, 1914. He was a very successfull farmer and rancher. Alice devorced him and he married Nannie Galloway, sold his property in Round Timber and moved to the Olustee Community Oklahoma to start a new family and then to Victory Community Oklahoma. Raised Two boys, James and Lou, Two Girls Donna and Michelle with his second wife Nannie.
