TAMMIE LORENZEN, 42, of Lake Humphries, near Duncan, Okla., died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008, in an auto accident near Addington, Okla.
Memorial service will be at noon Saturday in United Methodist Church in Hulen. Arrangements are under direction of Howard-Harris Funeral Services of Lawton.
Tammie was born Feb. 18, 1966.
She is survived by her mother, Mary L. Lorenzen of Marlow; a brother, Darrell Lorenzen of Lawton; a sister, Donna Shaulis of Arlington, Texas; two nephews; a niece; a great-niece; a great-nephew; and other loving family members and friends.
