Lettie Lee Salter Key
NORMAN PARK — Lettie Lee Salter Key, 82, of Norman Park, died Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, at her home.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 24, at Cobb Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Jimmy Voyles and the Rev. Craig Dozier officiating.

Interment will follow in Oak Dale Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be David Hancock, Greg Key, Randall Salter, Matt Dozier, Buddy Sutton and Rusty Davidson.

Ricky Hembree will serve as an honorary casket bearer.

Born Oct. 13, 1926, in Worth County, she was the daughter of the late T.W. Salter and Elvine Gunn Salter.

She was retired from the School Food Service Division of the Colquitt County Board of Education and was a member of Southside Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Earley Crawford Key; one son, Donald Crawford Key; one sister, Alice Sutton; and one brother, W.L. Salter.

Surviving are two daughters, Katherine Dean and Patricia Sinclair, both of Moultrie; two sisters, Lillie Hembree and Mae Dell Hancock, both of Moultrie; two brothers, Roy Salter of Norman Park and Carol Salter of Sylvester, Ga.; seven grandchildren, Tonya Davidson, Pamela Morse, Hope Dozier, Derrick Tillman, Cassandra Dean, Wendie Dozier and Kane Key; and six great-grandchildren, Aisha Parsons, Rikki Holland, Amber Parsons, Emily Dozier, Maggie Davidson, Chloie Dozier and Mandy Davidson.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 23, at Cobb Funeral Chapel.

The family may be contacted at 163 W. Broad St. in Norman Park.

Cobb Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
