Son of David K.Woodall Jr. and Joseph Adeline "Addie" Ingram Woodall who are also buried in Wesley Chapel but tombstones have deteriorated.

Printed in the Houston Times Post dated September 9 1954 W M Woodall, 60, Laid to Rest Last rites for William Martin Woodall, 60, who died at his home here after a brief illness on Wednesday, September 1, were held Thursday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock from Wesley Chapel Church. The Rev. W F Rogers officiated at the services. Interment was in Wesley Chapel cemetery, with Houston Funeral Home in charge. Mr. Woodall, a painter, was born in Chickasaw County, September 10 1893, and had made Houston his home for many years. He was a Baptist. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Jennie Leona Woodall; nine daughters, Mrs. Gregory Tuz, of Memphis, Tenn.; Mrs. Arthur Cooper, San Antonio, Texas; Mrs. Elliott Brasfield, Robbins, Tenn.; Mrs. William O'Barr, Charlotte and Carroll Fay Woodall, Houston; Mrs. J D Higginbotham, Fort Hood, Texas; Mrs. John Blansett, Houston; Jeanette Woodall, San Antonio, Texas; four sons, Curtis Woodall, John Woodall, of Houston, James Gore Woodall, San Antonio, Texas, S D Woodall, Memphis. He also leaves one brother, Charles Woodall, of Hayti, Mo., and one sister, Mrs. Morris Stovall, of Eupora, Miss. Pallbearers were Messrs. Dewitt Ware, J May, Armstrong Farr, Thomas Evans Blansett, R W Blansett and James Neal.
