A member of the First Baptist Church of Meridianville, Mrs. Abercrombie participated in the Prime Timers and was a member of the Elizabeth Sunday school class. She was devoted to her family and her church family.
Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Lovelady of Toney, Catherine Abercrombie and husband Wayne King of Decatur; son, Jimmy Abercrombie and partner Bryan Taylor of Ponder, Texas; sisters-in-law, Olene Bachi of Elk Rapids, Mich., Betty Abercrombie of Blountsville, and Marie Daily of Brooksville; and several nieces and nephews.
