Dennis Allen Adams, 33, went to be with Christ on Monday, Feb. 16, 2004, in Granbury.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury. Burial: Acton Cemetery in Acton.

Dennis was a loving and compassionate man who will be missed and remembered by many.

Survivors: Loving parents, Lon and Dora Adams; sisters, Geri Cronenworth and Meri Steed; brothers-in-law, Jeff Cronenworth and Will Steed; nephews, Michael Cronenworth, Jacob Steed and Luke Steed; nieces, Sarah Cronenworth and AnnaBelle Steed; and dear and loving friends, Bob and Robin Dewey, all of Granbury.

Dennis Allen Adams was born in Fort Worth,Texas and grew up in Acton,TX.just outside of Granbury,TX.He graduated from Granbury High School in 1988.
After High School,he worked mainly restaurants ,and construction jobs.He was survived by his former partner in life,Paul-David Phy and family and friends.
Dennis lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area from 1990 until 1997 when he relocated to Austin,TX in 1997.He returned to Acton shortly before his death.
Dennis was a Christian by faith,and truly accepted Christ Jesus as his Lord and Savior.
His funeral was at Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury,TX.
In December of 2007 a patch was added to the AIDS QUILT for Dennis.His patch was displayed at the Hilton Anatole Hotel in Dallas,TX and was displayed at the entry the to the event.
Dennis was a smart,kind,compassionate,and understanding person with a great sense of humor who accepted all.He will always be rememberd for his kindness and generosity to others.
Dennis is very missed by all who knew him,but especially by me.I still miss you very much.
You are gone ,but not forgotten-ever.Love always and forever.
