Mrs. Lem S. Kizer
Mrs. Lem Kizer, 62, of 419 W. Front St., a resident of this vicinity for the last 35 years coming here from Augusta, Mich., died at 5:40 a.m. today in St. Joseph Hospital. She had been ill for the last two weeks.
Mrs. Kizer was born in Lawton, Mich., and as Gladys Baker she married Mr. Kizer in Mason, Mich., July 27, 1921. Surviving are her husband; two sons, William Baker, of Augusta and Lawrence Baker, of Mishawaka; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Hawks, of Battle Creek, Mich., and Mrs. Frances Cappo, of Fenton, Mich.; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Bubb Chapel after noon Friday.

KIZER—Last Rites for Mrs. Gladys A. Kizer, 62, of 419 W. Front St., who died Thursday will take place at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Bubb Chapel. Rev. Scott Weaver, pastor of the Bethel Brethren Church, Osceola, will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Mrs. Kizer was a member of the Bethel Brethren Church. Friends may call at the chapel until the funeral hour.
