EDWARD L. KALLAHER, 76, of Memphis, retired president of Woodware Systems, died of cancer Friday at his home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Therese-Little Flower Catholic Church with burial in Calvary. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Red Bug Golf Club of Overton Park. Mr. Kallaher, the husband of Rosalind Riddick Kallaher, also leaves three daughters, Mary Kendall Kallaher, Susan K. Sargent and Kerry Ellis Healy; a son, Kevin Edward Kallaher, and two sisters, Dorothy K. Barrett and Martha K. McAnespie, all of Memphis, and five grandchildren. The family requests that memorials be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Christian Brothers High School. (Published in The Commercial Appeal 10/29/2000)
