Gayle Allred, 69, died on December 27, 2008 in Brenda, AZ.
Born May 15, 1939 in Fountain Green, UT to Perry Earl and Hazel Lund Allred. Married Carolyn Frances Conlon on May 8, 1960 in Ely, NV; later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple on June 8, 1975. Gayle served in the US Navy for four years on the USS Frank E Evans and worked for Dugway Proving Grounds and the Tooele Army Depot where he retired in 1993.
Survived by his wife Carolyn Allred, Mount Pleasant, UT; children, Jeffery Collin (Sylvia) Allred, Tooele, UT and Connie LaRue Allred (Bruce Baker), Tooele, UT; siblings, Edice (Curtis Von) Allred, Provo, UT; Perry Neil Allred, Apple Valley, UT; Susan (Shirl) Jackman, Mapleton, UT; Robert (Jan) Allred, Nephi, UT; sister-in-law, Lueine Allred, Ely, NV. Preceded in death by his parents, son, Daniel Gayle Allred; brother, James Earl Allred.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. in the Mount Pleasant 3rd Ward Chapel. Viewings will be held on Friday, January 2, 2009 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Rasmussen Mortuary and on Saturday from 11:30-12:30 prior to the services at the Church.
Interment will be in the Fountain Green City Cemetery with Full Military Rites accorded.
