Orville, M. Blocker of Shawnee, died Saturday, March 30, in an Oklahoma City Hospital. He was 73.
Srvices will be 2p.m. Monday at Roesch Funeral Chapel with Carl Springer officiating. Burial will follow in Johnson Cemetery.
Blocker, the son of Vander and Carrie (Hallsell) Blocker, was born in March 5, 1918, near Hot Springs, Ark.
He was proceded in death by his parents, his oldest son, Donald Blocker; and a brother, Willie Jefferson Blocker.
He is servived by three sons, Gary Blocker, Prague, Larry Blocker, Prague. Mike Blocker; Meeker; two daughters,Vandra Dawn, Round Rock, Texas; Linda Gail, Dallas Texas. 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Maudie Wallace San Diego, Calif; Renda Vandever, Chickasa, and a number of nieces and nephews.
