Mary was the daughter of Thomas Stanton & Ann Lord, founders of Hartford CT. She married Samuel Rogers in New London on November 19, 1662. Their marriage was blessed with nine children. Four of their children are listed below with memorial pages. Ann was born in 1666 and died young; Joseph was born in 1670 and died in 1671; Ann Marie/Ann Mary was born May 8, 1673 and died July 26, 1689 "16 years and odd mo, New London;" Elizabeth (Rogers) Harris born May 8, 1673, married first Theophilus Stanton and second Asaph Harris, died about 1750 Preston, Ct.
