Passed away at age 79 at Marquette General Hospital. The Inurnment ceremony included military rites by Munising American Legion Post 131.

1944 graduate of Munising's Mather High School.

Veteran of the United States Army during World War II, where he obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant. He fought in the Battle of The Bulge with the 6th Calvary Mechanized Group.

1986 retiree of the Kimberly Clark Corporation as a machine operator after many years service.

Member of the Knights of Columbus, Munising American Legion Post 131, the Chaplin with Post 131, Loyal Order of Moose and a dear member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Munising.

Albert was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, picking berries, and woodcarving for his friends. He also loved to play his harmonica and was a clown in the Fourth of July parade in Munising for 40 years.
