OBITUARY
HAROLD ADAMS IS BURIED WEDNESDAY

Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at Hoepner Funeral Home in Morgan for Harold B. Adams, 71, who passed away Sunday afternoon at the Sleepy Eye Hospital where he had been a patient for about a day and a half.

Rev. Lester Wolter, pastor of the United Methodist Church, was in charge of the rites. Interment was in the City Cemetery. Pallbearers were Arnold Rohde, Wally Drusch, Erwin Drusch, Alton Ziegenhagen, Edmund Brosch and Marvin Kopischke.

Mr. Adams never married and lived alone. For some 50 years he has operated a well drilling business in Morgan. Known by the nickname of "Whisper", Harold was an enthusiast of hunting and fishing.

Harold Burton Adams was born on November 18, 1898 to Mr. and Mrs. William Adams in Martin Co. He moved here in 1922.

There are six surviving brothers and sisters: Mrs. Bernice Vogel of San Diego, California; Ross Adams of Minneapolis; Kenneth Adams of North Mankato; Mrs. Hugo (Winifred) Sellstrom of Mankato; Mrs. Clifford Shouts of Garden City; and Marian Adams of Sonoma, California.
