Francis T. Bridgland

Francis T. (Boo) Bridgland, 60, of Montoursville RD2 died at 9:30 am today, Thursday, Oct. 4, 1973, in the Divine Providence Hospital where he was a surgical patient.

He was born on Jan. 26. 1913.

Mr. Bridgland was employed in the composing room of the Sun Gazette Co. for 40 years before retiring recently.

He was a member of Local 141, International Typographical Union.

Surviving are his wife, the former Lois H. Howery; three daughters, Mrs. Jeffrey VanHorn, of Hughesville, Mrs. Nevin Lyons of Unityville, and Mrs. Jean Sandell, of Montoursville RD; a step daughter, Mrs. David McGinniss, of Somerset, NJ; a stepson Michael Bennette, of this city, and six grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:30 am Saturday at Maneaval's, 500 West Fourth Street, with the Rev. Lyman B. Greaves, rector of Trinity Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Wildwood Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 pm Friday.
