East Prairie, MO - Minnie I. Maloney, 75, died at 7:45 a.m. May 30, 2002, at the East Prairie Nursing Center.
Born Sept. 25, 1926, in East Prairie, daughter of the late Roland and Sarah Etta White Grissom, she was a lifelong resident of East Prairie where she attended the First Baptist Church. She was a packer with the former East Prairie Manufacturing Company for many years.
Her husband, Art Maloney, preceded her in death on July 5, 1970.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Maricene Maloney; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Gary Burford; one stepson and daughter-in-law, Richard and Karen Maloney; one sister, Mary Douglas; and seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death were one daughter and son-in-law, Pansy and Buddy Paul Smith; and one brother, Harry Grissom.
Visitation was at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie where services are scheduled with the Rev. Raymond "Buddy" Hannah and George White officiating.
Burial followed in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers were: Brent Maloney, Mark Maloney, Keith Smith, Dickie Chance, Keith Grissom and Claude Keene.
