BROWNWOOD, Texas, Nov. 26.
Ace Modgling, 72, retired Brownwood farmer, was killed instantly Wednesday when he was struck by a train on the Santa Fe Railroad tracks in the West yards here, near his home. His body was thrown clear of the tracks. He was dead when officers reached the scene.
Funeral services will be held here Friday.
Survivors include two sons, two daughters and seven grandchildren. Modgling had been a resident of Brownwood for thirty years.
