Kally Marie Adams, 16, of Springdale died Friday, Jan. 2, 2009, at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.
She was born Nov. 7, 1992, in Springdale, the daughter of Larry and Carol Adams. She was a student at Har-Ber High School, where she was a member of the Har-Ber High School band and the National Honor Society. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Casey Adams on Feb. 5, 1995; her maternal grandparents, Levi and Ruth Tomlinson; and paternal grandparents, Elvin and Mary Adams.
She is survived by her parents, Larry and Carol Adams; her twin sister, Katey Adams; and a sister, Sally Adams.
